In 2026, Hayley participated in the SIGAL Summer Program, where she was mentored by internationally renowned artist Pip & Pop. As part of the program, participants collaborated to design and create a small-scale sugar world installation inspired by Pip & Pop’s immersive, candy-coloured aesthetic. The project involved experimentation with miniature sculpture, colour, texture, and installation techniques, while developing collaborative creative practice and large-scale installation skills.
SIGNAL is the City of Melbourne’s creative arts studio for young people. Through artist-led workshops, mentorship, and collaborative projects, it supports emerging creatives to develop their practice, experiment with new ideas, and gain industry experience.
